ALL About Me (TAZZ)

I am not much into ego pages so I never put one up here before.  The reason I am now is that I have had several requests and recommendations by some scooter bros to let people know what I'm about, and that I really am a biker.  So with that said, if you don't want my opinion go back to the home page and enjoy the ride.  If you do...  read on.

My Ride Clyde

Clyde is the name of my 1986 Tour Glide Classic.  He has a bout 200k miles on him and was rebuilt almost totally at 150k.  People thought I was crazy for putting so much money in an old guy like Clyde, but those people don't understand what that bike means to me and my wife of 25 years Wolfus.  Clyde is not just a machine, he is a friend, a family member and an escape when things need to be escaped from.  He is a picture of the ole fella.  Click on it to get a larger one.

I don't consider myself an old school biker, but I'm probably pretty close.  I will not pass up a broken down bike no matter where I'm going or what I'm doing or what you are riding.  If a biker asked for help he will probably get it from me.  Nobody owes be nothin' and I don't owe nobody. (Except bill collectors)  If you don't want an honest answer, don't ask me a question.

My boys are both in the Army and keeping us with the ability to ride our bikes.  I don't like war, but I do believe not taking crap and defending our country is the right thing to do.  I am not tolerant of idiots or pacifists.  If you don't believe in GOD, Family and the good ole USA, well you no which spot between my cheeks you can kiss.

Enough rambling...  I'll close with my favorite line.

"LIFE IS NOT A JOURNEY TO THE GRAVE WITH THE INTENTION OF ARRIVING SAFELY IN A PRETTY AND WELL PRESERVED BODY, BUT RATHER TO SKID IN BROADSIDE, THOROUGHLY USED UP, TOTALLY WORN OUT, AND LOUDLY PROCLAIMING: WOW....WHAT A RIDE !!!"
